Can I get my Baby Hamper delivered on a specific date or time?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery on a specific date with packages sent outside of Sydney as this is largely dependent on the courier company once it leaves our hands. However, upon special request we may be able to help with same day or specific date deliveries within the Sydney metro region. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

What do I do if my package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe? 

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us and we will chase up the courier for you. We kindly ask for your patience during this process while we carry out our enquiries with the courier.

How do hospital or business deliveries work? 

Our couriers will deliver your package to the receptionist or mailroom where it will then be on-forwarded to the recipient. Please provide us with as much mailing details as possible including room numbers, floor numbers, wards, building numbers, departments, etc. to allow your package to arrive as smoothly as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

As we assemble and package each and every Baby Gift Package to order, orders are non-refundable once your gift has been prepared and/or in transit. Same day deliveries or special request orders cannot be cancelled. Please have a browse through our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy for full details.

What do I do if my Baby Gift Package arrives damaged?

All of our Baby Gift Packages leave our hands packaged with safety and care in mind and ready for shipping. However, occasionally there may be times when the packages get damaged in transit and we ask that you contact us immediately if this occurs. We will then work with you to exchange the Baby Gift Package for a brand new one.

What if something is out of stock?

Due to supplier delays or discontinued stock, some of the products and gifts as shown in our shop may not be available. In these circumstances, we will replace that item with one of similar appearance and of equal or higher value to include in your Baby Gift Package.

Are the photo props included in the Baby Gift Packages? 

No, only the items listed in the product page details are included in your package. The photographic props shown in our product photos are only for display purposes.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, we do not deliver to international addresses at this stage.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe Payments as our payment gateway and this allows you to pay quickly and easily using all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use only the safest and most secure methods of payment available so you can rest assured your details are safe. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change at any time.

How secure is The Little Baby Shop website?

Security and privacy is always at the forefront of our minds and we are pleased to say that we only use the most secure forms of payment available. All credit card and transaction information is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate, which is the same level of security used by the banks. We also use the most stringent level of payment certification available, provided by Stripe Payments for all purchases, so you can be sure your payment information is safe.

Am I able to select clothing sizes?

Yes certainly! Please let us know what size you would prefer (normally ranges between 0000-1) by selecting the size in the products page. However unless advised otherwise, we will assign a random baby clothing size between 0000-1 to make life simpler for you.

How long do you take to respond to email queries? 

We always aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.

Am I able to make an order over email or over the phone?

Sure! Just let us know and we will be glad to assist with whichever ordering method is most convenient for you.
