2. Provide the baby's name (first name only please) in the box above. If the name is not yet known, some suggestions you could use are "Baby", "Welcome", the baby's date of birth, etc.
3. Tell us if you wish to add a complementary card and provide a personalised message for baby in the box above. Don't forget to add your name!
